#1082 If you don't text him, you will continue to regret it, which is one of the worst feelings to live with. If he blows you off, you're no worse off than before, and he's not worth it. You may feel hurt, but you will be able to move on with your life. If you ever have a chance to take back a regret, I say go for it!
